Tynisa Acoff-Roubideaux, affectionately known as Chef T, is a passionate culinary entrepreneur, wellness educator, and community advocate whose mission is to heal and empower through food. As the visionary behind Food with Purpose LLC, she has built a dynamic, multi-service enterprise rooted in the belief that food is not only nourishment, but medicine, education, and transformation.

Drawing on lived experiences, and a deep commitment to health equity, Chef T has designed programs that meet people where they are, whether they are battling chronic illness, learning to cook for the first time, or recovering after an athletic event. Her work focuses on closing the gap between healthy food access and long-term wellness, especially within underserved communities. With a signature blend of purpose, passion, integrity, and consistency, Chef T leads with authenticity and impact in every venture.

Food with Purpose LLC is a Cleveland-based, Black woman-owned culinary and wellness brand dedicated to promoting health, healing, and education through food. It serves as a bridge between nutrition, community wellness, and culinary empowerment, offering services that reach individuals, families, athletes, students, and institutions.

Healthy Meal Prep: Customized weekly meal prep, including diagnosis-specific options for conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and kidney disease.

Catering Services: Flavorful, health-conscious catering for groups of 10 to 100 people.

Community Partnerships: Healthy cooking classes with Cuyahoga County Public Library, nutrition workshops with University Hospitals, and after-school culinary classes in local schools.

Sports Medicine Meal Prep: Pre- and post-game meals for student-athletes and coaching staff.

Retail Beverage Line: Signature Lavender Lemonade, available at Meijer (Fairfax, Richmond, Medina), Pearl's Kitchen, Midtown, Nature Center at Shaker Lakes, and Blessed Hope Missionary Baptist Church.

Seasonal Concession Stand: Awarded by the City of South Euclid, OH, a seasonal concession stand at Bexley Park from May through October serving healthier spins on classic concession foods.
