Sonya Patel is the founder of PUR Spices and Bold & Airy Bites, two Cleveland-based food brands built on the mission of creating bold, allergen-friendly flavors without compromise. Inspired by her children and her own global food journey, Sonya launched PUR Spices in 2019 to bring clean, transparent spice blends and sauces to home kitchens. In 2025, she expanded into the snack aisle with Bold & Airy Bites, freeze-dried fruit and veggie snacks that are fun, flavorful, and also free from top allergens and additives. Sonya is passionate about making safe, delicious food experiences accessible to all families.
