Kristin Barnes is owner and chief chocolate artist at sweet bean. sweet bean makes gourmet artisan hand-painted chocolate bonbons and other sweet treats that are almost too pretty to eat. Kristin’s been hand-crafting edible art since 2013 when sweet bean was launched from her home kitchen as a side hustle. She opened a brick + mortar retail studio in Cleveland’s Collinwood neighborhood in 2021. A Goldman Sachs 10,000 small businesses (10ksb) company, some of sweet bean’s premier partners include: FLIGHT winebar, Chuck’s fine wines, The Corner at Van Aken, and Northside Marketplace in Akron. We also have partnerships with boutiques and gift shops across the U.S.
