Kathleen Loftus is the founder of Keke’s Kokos LLC, a Cleveland-based, woman-owned company specializing in homemade, dairy-free chocolates. Established in 2023, Keke’s Kokos offers a variety of treats, including buckeyes, chocolate-covered strawberries, and cashew bark, all crafted with dairy-free ingredients. The company also features branded merchandise such as tote bags, crewnecks, and ball caps.

A Westside Cleveland native, Kathleen has a background in biology and currently serves in Americorps, teaching yoga and healthy eating to kids, and participating in community service projects to help give back. Her passion for creating desserts began in grade school, and she has always enjoyed sharing her treats with friends and family.

Kathleen’s journey into the world of dairy-free chocolates stemmed from her own experiences with dairy intolerance and the difficulty of finding suitable treats in her neighborhood. This led her to create Keke’s Kokos, aiming to provide delicious, accessible options for others with similar dietary needs.
