Savoure Kitchen
Owner, Savoure Kitchen
Savoure Kitchen’s brand story is rooted in a passion for gourmet food and family inspiration. It began in 2016, originally named Savory Snackage, when the founder, Julie Radcliffe, inspired by her mother Christine, a cheese specialist with expertise in pairing food with wine and beer, sought to create unique culinary experiences. Christine’s work in gourmet food pairings served as the initial spark for the brand’s vision.
The business started with gourmet nut mixes designed to elevate wine, beer, and cheese pairings, which were tested at holiday craft shows. These early successes, fueled by positive feedback, led Julie to pursue the venture full-time as a sole proprietorship, drawing on her background in business and accounting.
Savoure Kitchen’s journey was characterized by a commitment to quality. Production initially took place in a commercial kitchen, with farmers markets serving as a key testing ground. She refined the product offerings based on customer feedback, eliminating fillers and sourcing only the best ingredients. In response to demand, the company expanded its product line to include salad dressings in 2018, followed by a rebranding to Savoure Kitchen in 2020 to reflect its broader range of offerings. Around this time, Julie’s husband, Jared, joined the company, contributing to the development of a barbecue sauce line.
Today, Savoure Kitchen is known for its commitment to clean, high-quality ingredients, a philosophy that guides its entire product line. As the company evolves, it is transitioning from a hobby to a full-scale, self-sustaining business with ambitious plans for expanding its wholesale operations. The brand story reflects a blend of family influence, culinary passion, and a dedication to producing artisanal products that elevate the dining experience.
